Organizer
Portland Chihuahua Meetup (“the Group”) is organized by Kasara Lintner Enterprises, LLC, an Oregon limited liability company. The Group hosts social meetups for small-dog owners in the Portland area. All events are community-based and not-for-profit; any fees collected are used only to cover venue and administrative costs.
Participation & Assumption of Risk
Participation in any Portland Chihuahua Meetup event is voluntary and at your own risk. Activities involving dogs carry inherent risks, including but not limited to bites, scratches, falls, allergic reactions, illness, or property damage.
By attending, you agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Portland Chihuahua Meetup, Kasara Lintner Enterprises, LLC, its organizers, volunteers, employees, sponsors, and associated venues from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from attendance or participation in any event.
The Group and its organizers are not veterinarians, trainers, or certified pet professionals and do not provide behavioral or medical advice. All information shared on this website or during events is based on personal experience and community knowledge only.
Indoor Winter Events (Good Dog PDX)
- Venue: Good Dog PDX, an independent, privately owned indoor dog facility in Portland, Oregon.
- Attendance limited to 30 dogs weighing 20 lbs or less.
- Admission requires a prepaid ticket via the Portland Chihuahua Meetup booking system; no walk-ins or unregistered dogs.
- The Group collects and remits venue fees directly to Good Dog PDX.
- All attendees must comply with Good Dog PDX rules, policies, and waivers as a condition of entry.
Good Dog PDX operates independently and is not owned, managed, or controlled by Kasara Lintner Enterprises, LLC. By attending indoor events, participants expressly assume all risks related to dog behavior, facility use, and interactions, and agree that Kasara Lintner Enterprises, LLC, the Group, and its organizers are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or after the event.
Health & Conduct
- Dogs must weigh 20 lbs or less for indoor events.
- All dogs must be current on vaccinations and free from contagious illness or parasites.
- Aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior by dogs or handlers is not permitted.
- Organizers may remove or deny participation to any dog or individual for safety reasons.
- Owners are solely responsible for the behavior of their dogs and any resulting injury or damage.
Acceptance of Terms
By attending any Portland Chihuahua Meetup event or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Disclaimer provisions. Participation constitutes your voluntary acceptance of all risks and your agreement to indemnify and hold harmless Portland Chihuahua Meetup, Kasara Lintner Enterprises, LLC, its organizers, volunteers, and venue partners from any and all claims or liabilities arising from participation.
